We have gotten approval to refund *** *** the whole amount of *** Ford does not have rental reimbursement without the

Washer was not sold as an agitating washerIt was sold as a washer with a physical agitatorDue to government regulation manufacturer's are required to make very efficient machines and this resulted in top load machines not using the
agitation motion anymoreAll our sales representatives are aware of this and do not sell any of our products with incorrect or misleading informationOnce an appliance has been used we are unable to take the appliance backIf a manufacturer gives us an authorization to do so that is the only time we would do soIt was suggested that the customer contact *** with their complaintThe sale was not made under pretences and no one at Berry's Furniture was rude or nasty with the customer or her husbandWe are unable to take the used appliance back and therefore are unable to return their moneyWe are sorry for what the consumer feels was a miscommunication, it is unfortunate and hope that in the future the customer will have a better experience

We were told it was a ** washer with an actual agitatorWe told the salesperson we had an ** washer that was a top load it did not clean the clothes properly so we did NOT want the same thingHe assured us that this was completely different because it was a different brand and had an actual agitatorWe tryed it and found that it was the same as our previous washerMy husband looked at the back and it is exactly the same in every way as what we hadWe told the sales person we we replacing the other one as we hated it because it did not clean heavy soiled clothesWe were told by him more than once that this is what we neededWe trusted his word and at time were we told it could not be returnedWe found that out when we phoned the next day and the girl that answered the phone said if we had used it we could not return itShe is the one that said the agitator is not a real agitator only a decoration
We called *** and they said they could not tell a store to take something back it was up to the individual storeShe could send out a service person, but the washer workes it is not what we were told we were buying

I have worked out the problem I had with the dealershipThank you
I have talked with our customer and have put him in a rental and working to get his vehicle completed and delivered back to him asap

I have resolved this case, the customers had been given a rental for a few days to help with the time and the vehicle has now been repaired and picked upI have also worked with the customer to discount the bill for the delay in the repair time

The part needed was a national back ordered part with no eta on availability, we were able to find one at another dealer across the
country and had it shipped in and will make the repair and be reimbursing the customer as well for their rental expenseWe have contacted the customer and have resolved the repair and the customer complaint.Thank you *** ***
we apologize for the initial confusion, there was some miss communication form the tow truck driver on the vehicle he dropped off, we have repaired the vehicle and the customer has picked up their vehicle on 07/05/2017 Thank you and if we can be of anymore help let us know
