I received a call from Chaz with the company on Thursday, May 11, and again the next day (Friday, the 12th)She left a voicemail both times stating she was calling about the classWhen I returned the call on Friday the 12th, I was told that the class had to be cancelled due to scheduling conflict with an instructorAfter some back and fourth (including her offering me another class end of June) I asked for a refund and was told it would be completed in "a couple of days."
I called the May 19th (a full week later) to folland was told that she had no memory of the conversation (my phone records indicate otherwise)She told me that they ended up finding another instructor and that I should have "shown up or checked the website." I do not agree with this because the company had reached out to me days prior to cancel
