I went to the store so they would fix the broken screen, the day I got there they said that was the only thing that was wrong with the phone but just to make sure everything would be ok the also changed the batteryThey fixed it, after days the batery would stop working after only hours and the screen would not work eitherI went again and they fixed it temporarilyAfter a week, the phone just turn off and would not work anymore, they fixed it again for daysNow my phone is STILL not working and they said it is probably something else it is broken and they cannot do anything about itPretty much I paid them 100$ for nothingThey should have told me the phone was not fixable instead of charging me to fix a phone that clearly had more issues than just a broken screen

They fixed it, after 3 days the batery would stop working after only 3 hours and the screen would not work either. I went again and they fixed it temporarily. After a week, the phone just turn off and would not work anymore, they fixed it again for 3 days. Now my phone is STILL not working and they said it is probably something else it is broken and they cannot do anything about it. Pretty much I paid them 100$ for nothing. They should have told me the phone was not fixable instead of charging me to fix a phone that clearly had more issues than just a broken screen.
Review: On 7/5/13 I purchased a 6000 BTU air conditioner from the store due to the fact that my previous air conditioner in my bedroom broke down. On that particular day the temperature was over 90 degrees, it was sweltering in my bedroom and due to the fact that I suffer with[redacted] it is imperative that I not only have an air purifier but that also during the summer months that my home have an appropriate temperature level. After purchasing the item I brought it home to use after turning on the unit I discovered that although the unit appeared to be making sounds as though cool air was being emitted from it, in fact the air that was coming out was rather warm. I immediately called the store to report the problem and told them I was returning with their merchandise. I was told that because I took the air conditioner out of the original packaging I could not return the merchandise back to them to be exchanged or to request a refund of money paid. I tried to reason with the gentleman on the phone explaining there was no way for me to see if the merchandise worked unless I tried to use it. At this point he became extremely belligerent with me and told me no returns no refunds and hung up the phone on me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money I spent on the air conditioner which was $180.00.
