ADVERTISEMENT
with Smart Digital Media solicited our services for an advertising campaign at *** in ***, South Carolina. The advertising for *** Real Estate Group, LLC was for 1 year of digital advertising on a tv screen for real estate services. She issued a contract and took $495 from my firm and never delivered on the advertising. *** has been contacted numerous times requesting refund of payment since services were not rendered. She has yet to comply. She is working without an address but has listed her IRS Tax ID. Her email address is ***@smartdigitalmedianc.com. She is also working in cahoots with *** at Smart Digital Media and ***, the owner of *** in ***, South Carolina. I have copies of the credit card statements showing that she was paid. I have emails showing the complete transaction. If you can help me, a retired US Marine on a limited budget, obtain a refund of the $495 for services not rendered, it would be greatly appreciated. I have been trying for months to get a refund, to no avail. She is not responding to any calls or emails from my end.

I have been trying for months to get a refund, to no avail. She is not responding to any calls or emails from my end. I would also like to see her information passed to all members of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to beware that she is taking advantage of real estate agents.
My company is no longer operating due to coronavirus, I would suggest disputing any charge, if service was not delivered.
The company offered a refund on February 20, 2020 before ANY areas of North Carolina and South Carolina were effected. It was written in an email by ***. I understand you cannot make them right this horrific wrong therefore, we have contacted the *** County Sherriff's office and is taking up the case for credit card fraud, interstate fraud among other charges. *** may want to seriously reconsider her explanation and handling of this very serious issue.
I do not understand why you would not dispute the credit card charge? That is what everyone does if unhappy or problems with a service,You should probably go that route for the refund, I will be waiting for that dispute to come through. You would alresdy have your money ack if you had already done this.
I ran an ad with this company-and they did an awesome job! Great prices for a whole years digital ad!
