Review: A 1 day turn-around cracked screen repair turned into a two week long nightmare. The iPad was with a cracked but fully functional when it was dropped off. After calling and given the run-around for two weeks and the now the iPad is not turning on. They obviously don't know what they are doing and is unwilling to cover the damage. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional demeanor on the phone as well. It's a scam as far as I have experienced. Now my iPad is completely trashed, the written 60 day warranty on my receipt is not being honored either.Desired Settlement: Since I no longer trust them with repairing my iPad, I request to have a fully functional 4G LTE 64GB iPad Mini replacement just as the one I dropped off for repair and paid for.
