Hello *** in response to the letter that I received from
you in reference to ID# *** *** never did contact my business to inform
me that she was experiencing problems with the rear main seal and transmission
parts for her vehicleThe letter that I received from you is the first
time
that the issues has been brought to my attention.** *** purchased the vehicle from me on March 14, “AS-IS”
in the amount of $***at the time the vehicle was sold it was explained to
** *** that additional repairs were needed to the vehicleOut of desperation
from ** *** and because she was referred to me by a family member, I agreed
to sell her the vehicle “AS-IS” but explained to her that she would be
responsible for the parts and labor for the body work that was needed to the
vehicle.Due to her financial situation I only charged ** *** the
cost of the parts with no additional markup, I only asked that she pay me for
the labor to install parts in which she did not doI also took the vehicle to
*** to have the vehicle painted, the cost of the paint job was $***.00, and **
*** only paid me $*** *** then complained that the vehicle would not
startI went to her job picked up the vehicle and replaced the ignition lock
cylinder at no cost to ** ***.I say this to say that I have had constant contact with **
*** and tried to resolve as many issues as possible on the vehicle, not only
to offer good service but I was trying to help her out as much as possible due
to her lack of fundsIf I was trying to get over on ** *** I feel that I would
not have taken the time to go out of my way to resolve the issues that was
brought to my attentionI feel that ** *** should have contacted me first to
give me the opportunity to resolve the issue before reporting a claim with you.I am more than willing to pay for the parts (rear main seal
and transmission pan) considering that ** *** pay for the fluids and the
labor to complete the repairsThe vehicle must be brought back to my place of
business for the services to be rendered.Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions

The customer contacted Revdex.com, this vehicle was not fixed by Smart Choice and the issue was the transmission not the issues the business claims the vehicle had. The vehicle has since been repaired but the customer will accept a refund for what the two items would have cost, the pan and the real main seal.

Good Afternoon,I, [redacted], have attached documents showing that I reached out to Smart Choice Towing on May 3rd and 4th via text. I also feel trying to insult funds is unnecessary, due to everything Mr. M[redacted] stated the car needed or could use I brought with no hesitation. I do appreciate the time he took to do the work. Which is why I really did not understand the no response to this situation.I am a single mother, who purchase a car in a hurry out of guilt for being involve with my son car. I learn a lesson, and this situation helped. Never PURCHASE out of guilt. The car repairs were more than what I requested because the transmission was bad, so it was replaced. Lack of funds, GOD'S grace. At the end of the day, as of 5/31/2017 his car is completed. It has been delivered. I thank you Revdex.com for your time.IN GOD I trust.
