I contacted this company last week to get some estimates on some repair work needed at my home A gentleman contacted me last Saturday and we set up an apptfor today at 11:00am At 10:00am I contacted him to confirm our 11:appt He informed me that he was very busy and could we reschedule the apptfor 3:00pm I said that was okay 3:rolled around and he did not show upI did not even get a courtesy call to let me know he was running late or was detained
In my opinion, this company just blew me off They had no respect for my time That is no way to conduct business
