Review: Scope of work was for a simple phone replacement which was completed successfully on September [redacted] 2014. The phones were tested and working when I left also verified by the store manager and SmartChoice support. I was called to return to the store after I departed because the phone system went down. I returned and then spent an additional 4 hours with support trying to learn how these phones worked with the users manual. Support did not know what he was doing and I ended up figuring it out myself and resolving the issue. A spend limit increase was sent to the company for the second visit and out of scope troubleshooting. It's been a few months now and billing will not answer my call, return any messages or speak to me about this unresolved work order.Desired Settlement: Work with me to settle this invoice and close out [redacted] work order #[redacted] - Replacing Phone.
