No worries and I apologize for my frustration but their initial reply back sent my blood pressure through the roof. I know you're trying to understand both sides. As Smart Chevrolet statedthe truck calls for P275/85Rthe picture they sent shows that tire. The picture I sent and what was on my truck shows P275/65R18. The and the being the key difference in weight of the tires. The tires that were on my truck are in good condition but the size is not correct and the weight difference is considerably different. Hope that clears that up. I do appreciate your help

Smart Chevrolet is very sorry for the miscommunication that took place. We have refunded the customers the $500 deposit as they requested. In addition, the General Manager did provide the customer's husband a written apology as requested....
There was never the intention of disrespect from the General Manager. We at Smart Chevrolet sincerely appreciate the opportunity to assist the customer with a vehicle. We strive to please and provide the best customer service possible for the customer's buying experience.
The tire description needed for my truck is correct in what the dealer stated. The picture they sent you is NOT the tire(s) that were on my truck. I sent you a picture of the tire that was taken off my truck by a local tire shop - [redacted] in Rocky Mount, VA. They can also validate the picture I sent you is exactly what they removed from the truck. I have to say in 30 Years in the business this is the First time we have anyone ask for free tires, but none the less I felt compelled to prove why this is merely somebody wanting something for free. In the first picture, I got a Ford Store to print me the build sheet from the factory....
It clearly states that the factory tires size is LT 275/65R 18E BSW A/S and in the second picture it is a physical picture of the tires we sold on it. We take pictures of the cars and keep them in case things like this ever come up. So Clearly the statement, "They sold me a truck with tires too small for the size of my truck", is a fabrication at best. Thank you, if you have any question or concerns, Feel Free to contact us. In addition, the customer inspected and looked at the vehicle and signed an "As-Is" form, meaning he is buying the vehicle as is. We are sorry that he is not happy but he did purchase and sign a as is form and signed a we owe with nothing on it. Once again, we are sorry he is now upset with the vehicle but when he left on the lot he was a happy customer.
Our attorneys have instructed us to not respond to him anymore, we are currently processing a lawsuit against him and seeking an indictment for bank fraud, We have Written open admissions of the bank fraud like in the this complaint. We are more than happy to put you in contact with our...

I am rejecting this response because:
I have waited two weeks to get this response??? If you go back and look at the tires my truck should have (a picture was attached earlier), it is NOT P rated tires... it should be LT rated tires. THAT IS THE ENTIRE COMPLAINT! I would like to be reimbursed for having to buy tires to go on the truck to replace the ones that should have never been on the truck. Sending me a link to a tire that [redacted] sells is completely irrelevant. Why would the Revdex.com even think this response from Smart Chevrolet is relevant? It is becoming quite clear that I need to have an attorney involved. How this company continues to receive an A+ rating on the Revdex.com website is beyond me with the other complaints showing up too. If they will reimburse me, I will go on my merry way but I will not wait any longer than one week to be compensated and at that point my attorney, [redacted], will be contacting them.
