I am rejecting this response because: I received a message from Issac at smart builders on Aug 5, at 1:We talked on Aug 8, about him coming out tomorrow during the rain to look at the problemI called Issac Aug at 3:to say now would be a good time since it was rainingHe got here about 7:and although it wasn't raining it was still leaking in one spotHe was not willing to consider replacementHe asked me if it would be okay if they tried to cut a portion of the damaged flashing off and then shove a section of new flashing on topMaybe calk it and see what happensI said noI asked him to put it in writing and said that I will persue my optionsHe came out on Aug 10, around 7:pm with a gutter contractorThey looked at and said that they can not figure out how to solve the problemThey said that they will bring more people to work on it.The only correct way would be to completly replace the roof and guttersI will wait to see what they suggest next
