Client was left voicemails and sent emails by different members of our company during the week that client claimed in his Revdex.com complaint we were non-responsive This is a simple miscommunication. Client has now been given all his website files and signed a full release (attached)
in compliance with our exit/cancellation process. Client has stated this is resolved, and we also consider it as such. Thank you
