Good Morning , I'd like to also file my complaint as well with these same issuesThey have had my check since 4/06/and have stated that they should ship out tomorrowWell it's now 4/20/and still no batteriesThis has also been claimed by the owner, Victor Hhis selfLie after lie

Ordered batteries and charger in February and sent money ($USD) to SMART account
Cancelled order March but no refund and now August
Ordered batteries and Mastervolt charger in February (SMART estimate number *** Sent money ($US) to Smart Battery InternationalAccount XXXXXXXXXX, Swift WF *** in February 16th from our *** ***
We cancelled order in March after an American friend advised the company had a bad reputation
I wrote several emails to SMART and called the the International Contacts: Mike *** on XXX-XXX-XXXX and the owner of SMART Battery International, Roy *** on XXX-XXX-XXXX around 16th MarchRoy promised a refund but we have not received the money
They now ignore my emails and phone callsWe have not yet received a refund
