Review: In July of 2008 we purchased windows for our home and were installed by small world. This past week we were putting away our air conditioners for the fall and noticed two of our windows were falling out. The one was far worse than the other (the whole casement window was almost completely out of the wall). On 10/14/2013, I called the company and received an answering machine message. I left a message and waited two days for a return call. I called again on the 16th and again I received the answering machine.I left another message. In the meantime I went online to try to find a corporate number for clear choice windows and at two different websites got bogus phone numbers one for a plumbing business and one for a chevy car dealership in Ohio. The young lady at the dealership told me she had been contacted by Revdex.com for investigation of Clear Choice. I had another construction person come to the house(10/17/13) to take care of the window that was falling out and after he checked it out, found that NO screws or nails had been used to secure these windows. They were held in with caulk. I am assuming that this is how all my windows were installed. We are in the process of having siding installed and will be paying again to have each window checked and installed correctly. I took a day off work to get to the bottom of this issue and am boiling mad that I didn't at least get a phone call. I paid 189.00 a piece for these windows. I feel we should get a percentage of that back to pay for the windows to be installed again correctly.Desired Settlement: As I stated above I feel we should be refunded a portion of that bill for the reinstallation of our windows.

I am rejecting this response because:the owner in question called while I was at work and left messages to which I responded. Due to the fact that no one answered ,I left him a message as to what I would consider a fair way of handling the situation. I never received an answer from him about that call. My suggestion was that since I have to have someone come and fix the windows I thought a refund on the portion of what I paid him for installation of my windows would be fair. I'm not asking for the cost of the windows , just the install. I have received no further calls from him after that .
