upset about the altercations with her cake being messed up from the bakeryWe showed her the party room and explained to her that the ac has just had maintence done and we were cooling the room for herThe thermostat was reading degrees but they still had an hour and minutes until they returned into the roomWe offered her to have her party in our bounce room in our party space area but she declined and insisted that she have it in the room. We also did explain that to have her party in the bounce room would be an upgrade that she would not be charged for itWhile the ac man was in or out of the side door that we have, two kittens walked in and one had used the restroom in the room The moment we saw it the room was completely cleaned and sanitized as well as moped with bleachWe periodically checked on her as she was emotional minutes prior to them returning to the party room , the party host and *** then checked the thermostat and it read degrees and she explained that she was fine with thatOnce in the room she asked if she could order additional pizza because more children showed up than what she had paid for We told her we could try to order the additional pizza since we have already put in pizza ordersThe pizza company was able to bring the pizza within minutesBeing that she had only minutes in the party room we allowed her to stay the extra time and not charge her the additional dollars for ever minutes as our policy statesOverall she stayed a total of minutes over timeHer and her guest were extremely rude to our party host calling her inappropriate namesWe pulled the host from the room under the circumstances Once the party finished we noticed that they had poured cokes all over the floors and completely destroyed the party roomShe was already troubled upon coming in This is why we tried to accommodate with her to make the best out of her party and keep her informed on everythingWe went out of our way to please her only for her to call us back and requested a complete refund When she had paid we gave her a discount as well as five free open jump bounce passes , which includes almost a value She explained that she was okay with the discount as well as the five free bounce passesOn the 19th she showed up demanding a full refund , she yelled at the workers and two customers called the police being that this is a children's facilityThe cops informed us that she was no longer allowed inside of our facility and this is why we feel that she felt obliged to report it to the Revdex.com

I have 5 witness that can testify my statement with this company. After this incident I was told from a close source that the business is crooked and do not like to refund when they have made mistakes. I wasn't told anything from any law enforcement about this merchant. I stayed very calmed with this merchant even though I was upset. The manager Abagail agreed over the phone to refund me but when I showed up as she requested she denied what she mentioned to me .This is very bad for a business to make allegations against a customer who have never did business with them and try to gain profit just to stay in business.  Thank you  [redacted]
