100% refund was issued to the customer's credit card on 6/3/ We do not refund cash for credit card purchases but do credit back to the purchasing credit card

We make refunds for credit card purchases to the credit card used in the purchase This prevents fraudulent credit card use and is a long standing policy Unfortunately, the customer's credit card was closed so we contacted the bank to make sure that the refund was sent by check The customer has now received their refund

I recently received a check from the bank Small Dog Electric sent my refund to.  The bank, located in [redacted], no longer...

carried accounts for me but was forced to mail me a check.  Instead of Small Dog Electric refunding me here in [redacted] where we are located they went through circuitous lengths to refund me. I have been led this circuitous path since I first dropped my computer off for service in July of 2014.I am now just receiving a refund for a service performed wrongly back in Fall 2014.  I believe I should receive additional monies for the ridiculous lengths I have had to go to in receiving my refund.

We are very sorry for the loss of this computer.  While the computer in question was severely damaged and required expensive repairs, it should have been returned to the customer.  We have replaced this computer with a brand new [redacted] Air and apologize for this incident. [redacted]...
