Video Direct is not liable to repair or replace the buildings internal infrastructure wiring. We have notified the management company many times and have explained this to the customer many times. This also played a huge part in the reason that Video Direct does not service this property anymore and chose 6 months ago to terminate the agreement with the property. Replacing and rewiring the whole project is a timely and costly project and is something that the property manager is responsible for per the agreed terms between Video Direct and the Complex. We desire to provide customers the service they expect and go beyond to provide an excellent experience but without a quality wired network these types of problems will result.
