Poor product representation. Poor customer service. Ridiculously overpriced.
Bought some word art. Very cheap, although description said it was resin, it was wood.
About the size of my finger. Worth at most $5. They charged $38. I am trying to return it and they want me to pay the cost to return it. It cost more to return it than the item is worth.
