ISDH contacted code enforcement who placed stop work orders on property, but they haven't attempted to repair the standing water in basement, corroded oil tank leaking oil in basement water leaking into walls from windows and the ceiling due to roof. Filed in small claims court to try and get monies refund. Health Dept even knew the owner [redacted] name said they only need a address on him for other slum houses.
