The owner Jerry did contact me He provided me with of the missing shirts There is still shirt missing There was a problem with the shirts They were dirty as he stated they were sitting in a warehouse for months
I asked Jerry if he would clean the shirts He refused to do so
So here is the bottom line I did receive of my shirts They are dirty and I will have to take them to another cleaners to be cleaned before I wear them I have shirt still missing in which Jerry the owner promised in writing that he would 100% reimburse
At this point if you all could get him to pay for my cleaning cost which I have already paid him for Also, if he would pay 100% for the shirt that he lost I would be satisfied or made whole

Review: On January 11, 2014 I dropped off 10 shirts to be cleaned. When I picked up my shirts one of my shirts was missing and I had received someone else's shirt. I returned to the cleaners and gave them the wrong shirt and asked for the my shirt. As of this writing they have been unable to retrieve my shirt. I have visited the store over fifteen times with no success only empty promises.On February 11, 2014 I dropped off 14 items. There were 1 pants, 2 tee shirts, and 11 shirts to be laundered. When I attempted to pick up my order on February 11, 2014 I was told they did not have my 11 laundered shirts. Originally I was lied to and told that there was a snow storm and some items were not completed because of the storm. Later I was told that the plant or the subcontractor cleaners had been closed by the bankruptcy court or sheriff and they could not gain access to the clothes that were cleaned there. On numerous occasions I have visited the cleaners and been promised numerous things and have yet to receive any clothes or any money for my clothes.All that I have received is a bunch of lies and empty promises. I have been without my clothes for over four months. This is unacceptable!!!!Desired Settlement: I would like money to replace the shirts that have been lost which totals 12 shirts as well as the cleaning fees that were paid at the time I dropped the shirts off.I have a note from the order that he would 100% reimburse my shirts if he was unable to find them. The only name that I have for him is Jerry.
