We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Mr*** I do want to make one correction with the information The Samsung dryer was purchased in October with a one year warranty There have been service agents under the warranty out to service the dryer on several occasions However, the current problem is no longer covered under the warranty since it has expired As a courtesy in order to assist him, I did suggest to Mr [redacted] that he try calling Samsung to see if they would do something for him He said he would and I also contacted Samsung on 11/to see if they would be able to help him I am not aware at this time if Mr [redacted] has spoken with Samsung With the warranty out of contract date, unfortunately we are unable to assist in this matter any further
