Review: Spoke to salesman about using [redacted] for my Credit Card Processor. Filled out some forms and it was required that I send him more info to process, I decided agaist changing to [redacted], I did not want to provide him with the personal info he required and person credit check. I spoke to him via email and phone and told him I changed my mind and would not be sending additional info. He was very upset because he invested time in talking/working with me. Today a few months later, I get bills in the mail. He opened and account and is billing me a fee. I am being charged for a processing service and the kicker is, he never told me, never gave me the macines to take credit cards or anything. If I didnt get this bill. I wouldnt even now I had a credit card processing co.Desired Settlement: Refund all me fees! As you can see on statments, I never used service, didnt know I had a service!
