Review: I made an on-line purchase on April**, 2014. I sent on email to them on April**, 2014 to cancel my order because their website stated that you can cancel an order as long as it is in processing stage. Their website also stated that they would contact you back within 48 hrs. I tried calling the telephone number but it states that the online number is no longer in service and the main line is not taking messages. They have not emailed me back or called and I left my phone number in the email. Now my order is in the processed waiting to be shipped stage. I also sent another email on April**, still nothing. My order # is [redacted] for $118.56. I am very uncomfortable with the lack of communication when dealing with my money. I also noticed today on April**, 2014 that the prices have changed meaning that somebody is working. I thank you in advance for any assistance that you can give me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money because I have no trust in the business. Originally, I just wanted to cancel due to the fact that I ordered the incorrect item and wanted to redo the order. Thank you
