TOTAL SCAM....brand new Dell laptop and I cannot get you off the control panel. Same issue as the others so now I have to take it back into Office Depot. What a bunch of BS. I don't know how you people sleep at night. People have busy lives and no time to put up with unwanted stuff dragging our computers down!
I have an issue but I can't directly contact them. I left a message on their voicemail and left my phone number and email address. Waiting for them to contact me!
