I signed up for their "weightloss program" on April 26. The total was $3,425 for 12 weeks. The original price was $3,500 but I received $75 dollars off any service. My first appt was on April 30th with the Nurse Practitioner (NP) who went over my blood results and discussed what medicine and supplements to take. They do not have a doctor on staff at all and I believe the NP is now gone as well. I completed the program from May 1st to June 8th (5 and a half weeks). During this time, I was successful and only had 1 issue during this time (June 1st). They did not set the time for the Zerona Laser and left me in the room for 20 minutes while everyone was out talking and having a good time. I only know this because I had to get dressed and leave when my session was not complete. During these 5 and a half weeks I was successful and lost 20 plus pounds. Then I took a break in the month of June as I had vacation from July 9th to the 19th and had to travel for work, June 25-27th. My plan was to resume the program on July 1st. I went to the appt on July 1st and low and behold no one set the time again and I was left in there for 15 minutes. So instead of getting up and dressed, I called the front desk to let them know I had been in the room for 15 minutes with no timer and no machine going. Someone came in and I finished that session. The the rest of the week I was not able to make it due to my father going into the hospital. So I picked back up the week of July 8th. Then my infant daughter get sick with Hand Foot and Mouth and I am not able to go to any more appts that week. So then the week of July 15th, I was good to go and went to every appt. On July 15th, I was in the middle of a session and the power goes out. No one checked on me at all. 10 minutes went by and I turned on my flashlight (on the phone) to get dressed and see what's going on. This same day it took them like 15 minutes to get started and their excuse was they didn't have an MA and it was just *** and *** there. On Friday, July 19th, I had an appt scheduled for 8AM. I arrive at 7:50 and waited until 8:25 when someone showed up. I was not able to stay at that appt because they were late and I had to get to work. The appt should only take 50 minutes to an hour tops. Every time I went it was something always something. The act like they care and support you but they don't. You literally have to do everything on your own. They have excuses for everything instead of making it right. They system works but not their company or the staff there. I have attempted to get this resolved on my own but every time and request to speak with the Office Manager or *** (the person who signs people up) they give me an excuses saying shes unavailable, with a client, doing a TV segment, etc. Not one gave me the Office Manager or the owner. I have texted ***, and sent emails since Friday.
We have spoken with *** and reimbursed her for all unused treatments and we are sorry for any inconvenience she may have experienced.

Had a great experience here, I've done so many of the services they offer and have seen great results with all of them! The whole team Is great and very knowledgable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Ms. we have spoken to the third party company who financed your treatment and were told you tried cancelling outside of the cancellation guidelines. In light of the expenses we've incurred until this point and the all sales are final and non-refundable transaction, in good faith, we are willing to offer you 2 options. The first option is a $1000.00 refund, the second option is a $3500.00 credit with no expiration date that can be used towards any service we offer. I've also attached the documents you signed. I am rejecting this response because:
I only called the finance company after not receiving a call from manager in regards to this issue. I am not willing to pay for services I did not received. I have lost all faith in this company and feel they did not try to resolve my concerns before we ever got to this point.
