In addition, we would like to respond via email just to ensure we are responding in good faith and properly meeting customer concerns.We have contacted the customer to obtain billing statements to properly refund the charges. We have received partial statements and are still waiting to hear back from the customer. We have made multiple phone calls and left voicemails since then to continue assisting the customer with the complaint. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I just want to add that I filed the complaint before the business refunded my moneyI filed when they were only refunding half of my moneyI told them I was filing a complaint so they called back after I filed to let me know I would be getting my total refund, so the snide remark at the end of their reply was uncalled for They could have avoided the complaint had they just nicely refunded my money

We appreciate the feedback. We have refunded the most recent charges of $84.99 and $89.99 for March. We also contacted the customer and they agreed to 50% refunds for both products on February charges. We refunded those as well and the customer was satisfied and said this would receive their Revdex.com...

Brenda, This is our response to Complaint ID [redacted]). In regards to [redacted], the customer ordered the trial on 12/3/2014 for $4.95. On 12/22/2014, they were billed $89.99. We provide 15 days for the trial period plus an addition 4 days for the customer to receive the product. This is stated in our terms and conditions. On 12/26/2014, the customer spoke to a customer service representative and agreed to a 75% refund. The refund was processed of $67.49. As a business, we agreed to the customer's needs and provided immediate resolution for the situation. In showing additional good faith, we have processed a second refund of $22.50 for [redacted], which should satisfy the customer's concerns.Secondly, for [redacted], the customer ordered the trial on 12/3/2014 for $4.99. On 12/22/2014, they were billed $84.99. We provide 15 days for the trial period plus an addition 4 days for the customer to receive the product. This is stated in our terms and conditions. Review: Applied online to try A bottle of their weight loss pills to see if they worked, but only for ONE month then quit. They shipped us an additional 8 months totaling approximately $1200.00 CDN unauthorized. At this point, they e-mailed us saying they were sorry we wanted to leave, we asked about all this excess we received and were told we would receive full credit on anything unopened(8 bottles), 50% on opened products(1 bottle) - we only received $94.93 CDN - They then said no notification of quitting was received, so how did they know in the email they sent us before we contacted them back, right?? We just want the balance we were told we would get back returned to us.Desired Settlement: We just want the balance we were told we would get back returned to us, as mentioned above.
