Review: On 10/**/2013 I placed an order for several different items. Later that day, still on 10/**/2013, I received confirmation that all but one of my items were being shipped. A particular item would not be shipped, as it needed to be ordered from overseas and that I should expect a two week delay. I requested additional updates via email, on 10/**/2013 stating that they were still waiting for my order to arrive and they were expecting the shipment 'any day'. I emailed again on 11/*/2013 asking about the status of this situation. Again, another email response saying the order will be received within days. After a final email on 11/**/2013, I was told that myself and several others are waiting and that I should receive USPS information with delivery confirmation soon. As of this complaint, 11/**/2013, I can say that I still have not received my item and that the initial status given on 10/**/2013 was a complete and total lie.Desired Settlement: I really wish the company would make good on their service and deliver the item to me promptly. If that can not be done within the next 2-3 business days, I would prefer a refund, in full.
