Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] is not being honest about ***i spoke with [redacted] myselfThey informed me that is was [redacted] that continually told him that I needed the Camber ReplacedThey informed me that they never told [redacted] the part was needed, nor is the part needed for front alignmentThey assured me the car was aligned when [redacted] picked it up, however, [redacted] informed my Father and I the car could NOT be aligned unless I purchased this CamberSo that is when I went to ***, they checked the Camber, it WAS NOT in need of replacement, and correctly aligned my vehicleAfter speaking with [redacted] and ***, [redacted] will not discuss nor reimburse me for the alignment that he was paid to doI also have a tire sensor my insurance PAID [redacted] to resetIt is not working [redacted] left me a voicemail that he had receipts from ***I never disputed he took my car thereHowever, [redacted] did not know WHY [redacted] kept insisting my car needed the part because they did not tell him thatHe told them thatI am now returning my car to [redacted] to have the sensor reset [redacted] is not trustworthy, does not return phone callsHe accused me of harrasing him at home.n he lives across the street from me, so yes, notes were left in his maibox and on his truck because re would not return calls, and I wanted in writing what was wrong with my vehicleThat is not harrassmentI also wanted him to know I spoke with [redacted] and he lied to me about the Camber, and the fact my car could not be aligned [redacted] and [redacted] both told me thatI would like reimbursement for the alignment and the tire sensor resetHe was paid to do both, yet failed to do either properly Regards, [redacted]

customer states that vehicle was not repaired correctly by my staff,the vehicle was repaired properly,she complains about items that were not listed on the invoice,I made effort to take care of client personally, after all the harrassment,and complaining and threats,and letter sent to my
personell home,we have come out of pocket to take care of our client

***s automotive is sub contracted with *** for wheel alignments, we do notify our clients that ***s automoive dont do wheel alignments,and that we only relay the message to our client about any alingment parts/alignment issues that are or needed to our clients,***s automotive has invoices of the times that we had to take ***s vehicle to ***,I was told that the vehicle needed a camber kit on the rear of the vehicle,and that the vehicle only had one new tire,the other were used or worn and needed to be replaced,***s automotive does have an invoice of the one tire that was replaced prior the repairs on the vehicle,the first time *** brought the vehicle in she said it was pulling to the right,***s automotive sent it back to *** and *** said the alignmnet was fine and all they did was rotate the tires, *** picked up the vehicle and called back complaining that now it pulls to the left,once more ***s took it back to *** and they reccommended to replace the camber , ***s automotive is just a messenger,*** told *** that we dont do wheel alignments,***s automotive has spoken to *** about getting reinbursed, and ***s automotive has spoken to national tire and battery about the amount that the client will be reinbursed,***s automotive will reinburse client in the amount of 74.99,*** has not notify our office with any invoice of reinbursement,or calledd our office, she has had harrassed me on my personnell cell phone and has been blocked, the harrassemnet continued by her leaving threat letter on my personnell truck outside my personnell home ,and has left a personnell letter ,not mailed, but by walking into my yard and putting the letter in my mail box of my home without a envelope, we would really appreciate that she doesnt continue the harrassment , and if so I will take action against her,

to who it may cocern:mr [redacted] has come and paid hes bill in full as of 10/17/2016, the engine that was installed was a salvage engine with a 30 day warranty,mr [redacted] in fact brought back the vehicle within 2 weeks and the engine was replaced with another salvage engine, again within 2 weeks...

 mr [redacted] brought the vehicle back smoking white, mr [redacted] did pay 1800.00 to replace hes engine with a salvage motor with a 30 day warranty, we told mr [redacted] with the monies that were given to rays automotive to replace engine that we could use it towards rebuiding the salavage engine and he would pay the diffirence on any and/or parts that were needed,he agreed to pay the difference,as of today he is paid in full,
