Smart as finally answered and told me to follow up with courier as they have apparently sent items and now its up to postal service. The tracking number doesnt work anymore as it says that label was created but not sent and now after almost a year the product for sure are not with courier because after a certain time if they are not picked up they get sent back to shipper or get destroyed. I wrote them same thing back and asked for money return and again now no answer.
I never recieved slickitup products in a bag before and im sure they have as they said have over 15 years but my first order was in diffrent packaging and I was here for it. It was actually a holographic ziplock unit. Also, it didnt need to be holographic or nothing imo just safer packaging would of been great. So imagine tearing into a usps envelope and seeing your product literally thrown into a bag with a post card and sticker inside. My product was for 90 dollars so I want it to look like it was handled with care and ontop of that because I habe had covid something that looks safer...ijs it made me feel uncomfortable.
So if anyone wants a response you can always hit them up on ig in which they will belittle you in dms. They will indeed counter you with science and that your feelings dont matter. Now as a New Yorker we talk a little diffrent but universally when it comes to money we know how to handle a business. I wasnt mad with them or demanding a refund...I just eantrd safer packaging in the future and left it as a suggestion. Also, would it kill you to at least do more then just a party city bag? Its giving me goody bag from a bathhouse party...js

So then I get my order a week later, to my disappointment, there was no branded packaging, and the “riding jock” I purchased was just in a unbranded plastic green bag and it was all balled up like someone just flung it into the bag! I’m a graphic artist, when I create something! It’s meticulously designed down to the packaging!
I’ll never purchase anything from this sad sack of a company! They really don’t deserve the obligatory one star!
On the 06/02/2020 I placed an order with this company, order # 100032531. In the online purchasing, it indicates that one can request the pants to be lengthened by 1.5 inches. After placing the order I immediately sent an email requesting that it be lengthened to the maximum of 1.5 inches. All that I expect from the company is to acknowledge my request and reply with an email. It is been more than 48 hours (working days, not including the weekend) and no reply. This pants will be shipped to a hub in the U.S.A. and then forwarded to another country, so returning it is not a simple task. I love the branding and product offering, however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. No phone number provided and the company can’t be bothered to reply to an email, this reoccurring problem that there is a lack of communication from this organisation if one views the reset of the complaints
This company does not let you know when they are out of stock, and doesn't respond to emails. It says in the order confirmation that you can call them with any issues, but there is no phone number listed anywhere online. If you make a purchase, there is no guarantee that they have the item or when you will actually get it. Terrible, terrible customer service.
I purchased a pair of shorts that weren’t the right fit and the design was a little different to what was advertised. I have sent about 10 emails and the majority have gone unanswered. A couple of occasions they ask what the issue is and I get no response. I just want to return for a refund, however this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company have my money and now don’t care about me as a customer. I would strongly urge anyone against ordering from this company as they only want you’re money and won’t reply if there is an issue.
I'm posting this here because I haven't gotten a response to any of the multiple emails I sent. I purchased an item from Slick It Up almost a month ago and it has not yet arrived. USPS tracking has said it is still in transit since May 12th. I'm trying to get an inquiry opened into locating the package. The item order number is 100029202 and tracking number is UA429847399US. Please respond at your earliest convenience.
Spent well over 1K$ at this store, goods usually pretty good so surprised that 3 emails over a few weeks, with photo evidence of holes in seams of an expensive ($80) small item, have had no reply! then realise no phone number to call is listed in contact info... and can see similar complaints of lack of service. The item is quite simply, defective! Return or refund is in order.

The customer wrote several emails to us on the weekends when there is no one in the office to respond to them as mentioned in the invoice emails that get sent to every customer who places an order Furthermore the customers concerns were addressed when we were back in the office
and handled in a timely manner as shown in the attachment to this email
It was our thinking that due to such a gap in communication, the customers package was successfully delivered when the items came into stock not too long after our original conversation which ended May *** of this yearHad we noticed the mishap earlier, the products would have been sent much
soonerAs is stands, we are still sending the products over, as per the desired resolution of the complain
The customer mentioned above has been waiting on an item ordered back in JanuarySince the item cannot be shipped as of today, per his request in the complaint we have issued a refund back to the customer who was notified by email with further details

The order was dispatched to the customer earlier this week as communicated to him after having to start a new email thread with him because of technical difficulties in trying to reach himHe's been supplied with tracking information as the order was expedited to him with *** which we mentioned

Slickitup items ordered 28 Feb 2018.
Acknowledgement email sent immediately.
Was told a followup email would advise shipping was underway.
20 March I emailed asking whether my order was lost.
23 March reply "Our apologies for the delay there. We are currently out of stock and waiting for more to come in. We should actually have a few ready to ship out tomorrow though and should be able to have a package dispatched to you then since the list of backorders for the item is pretty short. We'll have some shipping info emailed to you tomorrow afternoon after we make a post run."
01 April I emailed again.
04 April "We'll have them adjusted and dispatched in the next day or so for you."
07 May I emailed again / no response
12 May I asked for a refund ... now I guess I wait ... ?
The customer was responded to before sending an additional email the next day. His order was refunded after we explained the delay in the original processing which we've done with the same customer on more than one occasion. We have two separate threads now of emails from the same one...
the most recent containing the threat of the Revdex.com report after already addressing his issue.
