Slice Pizza

Review: I am filing a complaint due to several customer service issues. I placed an online order for a [redacted] pizza. A representative called me, and informed me that they were "out of" the [redacted] pizza. I had received similar responses to two previous attempts to order a [redacted] Pizza, and asked the representative if there any anything that I could do, such as ordering on a different time/day, to successfully order the [redacted] Pizza. The representative did not know, but said that the owner would call me to discuss the issue.I placed the order with a future delivery time, because I wanted the pizza to arrive after I came home from work. The pizza arrived over an hour in advance of the scheduled delivery time, and if my wife had not come home early from work that day, no one would have been available to accept the delivery. The delivery driver apologized, and said that the owner would call us to discuss the issue. Of course the pizza was cold by the time I arrived home to eat from work. This incident took place several weeks ago, and I have still not heard from the owner.Desired Settlement: I would like the owner to contact me as promised and to provide me with the [redacted] pizza that I have attempted to order on three separate occasions. Also, the pizza should arrive reasonably close to the time specified in the order.
