Here is the link that I received from the sales person ***dal the picture from the dealership are no longer available since the SUV is no longer for sale on their site but you can go to the manufacturer pictures in the link above which shows an LE trim while the description says it's an SLI did recognize that I made a mistake by judging the vehicle based on the pictureThe documents I signed did not state the trim of the vehicle it only stated *** murano and the VIN number which I checked through *** and there is no specification on there either. I recognize that I made a mistake by judging the picture based on the picture since the link clearly states it's an SL trimMy complaint is regarding the condition of the vehicle the rust in the trunk, the passenger seat that is loose, the rust in the passenger and driver seats metal on the sides, the license plate holder broken rivet.Also the description below states heated side mirrors which is not accurate. The sales person was very professional, the finance manager *** was notI sent an email to the sales person regarding my concerns at midnight after a couple hours after receiving the carthe car was delivered the delivery people left before I took the car for a drive and was not aware that I had the option to not accept the car if it didn't meet the descriptionThe description in this link does not have a disclaimer saying pictures or description have to be verified with the sales person as the third person I spoke to stated. I'm warning potential internet buyers to be very careful that pictures might not represent the vehicle you are purchasing and not to make the same mistake I made and that some options might not be available in the vehicle as described and finally the condition of the car might not be as described.Regards,*** ***

The website/online description listed the features that came with the vehicle. The customer was never lead to believe the vehicle was to be delivered to his location on a flatbed truck as a method of delivery. It was explained that once the vehicle arrived the customer did not have to accept the vehicle if it did not meet his expectations. On delivering the vehicle, to confirm what he was to purchase, Mr. [redacted] was given ample time to test drive the vehicle prior to his acceptance. All documentations Mr. [redacted] signed clearly disclosed the correct vehicle’s trim line as an SL. Mr. [redacted]’s characterization that the company engaged in deception is a false and inaccurate claim.
