Slendertone Distribution

Review: While purchasing my slender tone products my order was put on hold because Slendertone thought it might be fraudulent. I believe they think this because I continued to enter in the wrong billing address and after about 5 times I realized my old address is my billing address. So once that was corrected it was submitted. The next day (Friday May 15,2015) I noticed my order was still on hold, so I called Slendertone to fix the issue and start the processing of my order which I was told would happen by the end of the day. So this morning Saturday May 16,2015 my order is still on hold, so I call back into Slendertone and am told a manager will have to call me back on Monday to speak with me in regards to my order being on hold and that the gentleman ([redacted]) I spoke to does not have the authority to process my order nor cancel it. I am just extremely frustrated because this issue was supposed to be resolved yesterday, now it possibly won't be resolved until Monday and I'm not even sure if I will even get a call back. Now my order is going to take an extra 5 days to be processed because of all the miscommunication and by now it was already supposed to be on its way. Now I have to wait because Slendertone did not offer to let me speak with a manager to get this resolved and I couldn't cancel and place a new order at all.Desired Settlement: I would think that after all this hold up and now that my shipment will no longer be sent to me within the 7-10 day free shipping that I should receive free overnight shipping of my package.
