Review: I Purchased my first product around 11/13/13 , I was told by the sales person that if for any reason I was not statisfied with the product I could exchange it. I exchanged it on 11/16/13. I wore the new product for only a few hours for 2 days , the products has metal in it which was sticking in my upper back this caused my back to get open cuts on it. On 11/19 me and my fiance went into the store to show the sales person what had happen, she said she couldn't do anything if the the item had been worn . We asked her how could we tell if that item was any good if we didn't wear it? We asked to have the number of the owner she told us that he lived in [redacted] . We told her that the merchadise had to be defected because what it had done to my back. She lifted up her shirt to show us that she was wearing one we told her that everyone is not the same and maybe her's wasnt defected but she insisted that she couldn't do anything. So we left. I then went back to work and called the number on the bag that I had thinking it might be the owners number but it was the store so I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was a supervisor and her name was [redacted] , I told her she was the person we spoke to earlier then I asked her for the owner's number again, then she said she was the owner , I told her earlier when we were in the store you told us the owner lived in [redacted], so I just told her if she didn't want to refund my money I was going to contact the Revdex.com. She said go ahead .Desired Settlement: They should give me a refund because I used there product and it caused injury to my body. Plus I will have scares on my back due to this product. The younger sales girl that I purchase the product from was very nice, she said since we were so nice if their where any problems or if I didn't like the item she would exchange it. I don't want anymore products from them I just want my money back since I did try the product.
