I went in for a repair that I thought would break my wallet. I even put it off for 6 months. Hunts motor repaired my car inexpensively and found it to be a simple filter issue, unlike what various other shops had stated. Its been fine ever since and that was a year ago! Thanks guys!

I purchased a car in June, 2014. The car had prior hail damage from a previous storm. The owner of hunt motors gave me documents called a "we owe you" for the repairs to the hail damage. I brought the car in the very next day to the car lot for Hunt Motors Insurance adjuster to make an estimate of what they would pay for the repairs. The owner collected on the claim. My complaint is that I had contacted motors four times over the course of seven months to get the repairs made in the matter resolved and received promises to give him one week and he would do so each time but never heard a word from him. I went in to the car lot again in January the last time and demanded a resolve because I lost trust that he would take care of the matter. [redacted], the owner, got argumentative with me and told me that he did not give me a timeframe as to when he would fix it and that nobody makes demands from him. I did get a check of $500 before I left after much debate back and forth. [redacted] admitted to me before I left that he got in excess of $1000 on the claim. This owner of this car lot is not to be trusted and definitely does lack customer skills. I have NEVER been treated like this in any customer relations and definately wasn't expecting it as I paid full price for the vehicle and even bought their extended warranty from them. Buyer Beware!
