Review: First, when we were talking to the salesman, who claimed he was the District Manager, (he didn't even write his name down for us) said that we would get the Mattress delivered first thing on Saturday the 27th. Because we had told him that was the day of our Wedding Reception and he pressured us into a Saturday Delivery. He said we would be the first ones on the delivery list. When Saturday came we called to check when they were coming to deliver and found out we were last. We had to call and reschedule our delivery to Wed. the 1st. they were completely un professional, we were given attitude for rescheduling and then when the delivered it on Wed. they were late and rushed out to leave before my husband had a chance to inspect the bed. They had him sign the paper saying it looked good without giving him a chance to inspect. Then when I got home and was looking at the bed we realized that the frame was broken from their botched installation. we had to get a new frame and build it ourselves and fix the problem OURSELVES after paying for delivery and INSTALLATION!! They are outrageous! we have never heard from the "district Manager" that sold us the bed since we bought it and even the store manager has not contacted us. The best person we have dealt with at Sleep's is the salesman named [redacted]. he was helpful.Desired Settlement: We would like some kind of discount applied to our card since we had paid in full before this mess happened. Also hearing from the Man that claims he was the District Manager and the Store Manager would be nice. Otherwise it seems like Sleepy's Managers are all crooks.
