Michael was very helpful in finding my husband and me a new bedWe had originally only come in to look around and price compare, but the queen Serta bed was a phenomenal price and we were allowed to come get it ourselves two days later since we didn't have tie downs with us to take it that night so we went for it (we didn't ask about delivery since we have a large truck and would rather do it ourselves)He was personable and friendly during the entire process and gave us time to converse about the purchase instead of standing there and pressuring us like many sales people do during larger purchases like thisWe will definitely come back here for some more bedroom furniture purchases in the futureThanks Sleepy ZZZ's!
