Sleepy Hollow Lawn Care

Review: I contracted with Sleepy Hollow Lawn Care to aerate and seed my lawn on October 4th, 2013. I informed company that I would be out of town but would leave a check taped to garage door, which I did. When I returned home, yard had not been aerated well- there were absolutely no loose plugs of dirt anywhere in the yard and there was no evidence that grass seed had been cast. There were some areas of the lawn with slight indentations from the aerator, but no actual aeration. I tried to contact the company on multiple occasions to discuss, including leaving multiple messages and calling multiple times from work and cell number. They will not return my calls. My phone does not have records from before Oct 11 saved, but I called twice on Oct. 11, twice on Oct 14, twice today on October 15.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $160.00 for the aeration or I would like them to come and actually aerate and seed my yard as originally promised. I have given the company 2 weeks to return my phone calls and they have not responded. Thank you.
