I have decided to cut my losses and not spend any additional money with this manufacturerWhat type of company does not stand behind their product, which by the way only lasted one year before it was defectiveWhy should it be the consumer's responsible for shipping charges to facilitate a warranty claim? There is still a mattress dealer at the location where I bought the mattress, it's just operates under a "new name"I'm sure they must switch the store name or address yearly so the consumer can't return it where it was purchased. To add insult to injury I purchased the mattress in Louisiana but was told I have to return the mattress to TexasEven if I were to pay the $shipping charge to exchange it, I doubt the quality of the next set would be any betterVery disappointed with this companyI feel I've been scammed!!!
