I came to the Express Oil Change on Whittlesey Blvd I'm Columbus, GA to get an oil change. Everything went perfectly. They discovered an oil leak and gave me an estimate for replacing the valve cover gasket. They also said it would take about 3 hours. I couldn't do it that day but brought it back today. I drove 1.5 hours and dropped it off at 11am. While I waited they "discovered" that I needed new plugs. I agreed. It is now 5:45pm. I saw my car sit unattended for 3 hours. Now I'm the only one here and guess what? My Nissan sounds like it has rocks rolling around in the engine. I'm the only one still in here and the people I talked to are acting like this a joke. I'm seriously peeved. This place is good for oil changes and replacing wiper blades but for your sake, don't let them fool around with your engine. I definitely plan on contacting upper management.
