I have received the warranty packet but have not filled it outThe fault apparently is more with the failure of the company who sold me the mattress to inform me that it would take more than the two weeks they indicated for the mattress to begin to perform as I was led to expect based on the feel of the demonstration model.The mattress is beginning to "settle", so for the moment, I am with.drawing my complaint

We received Mr. [redacted]'s additional pictures concerning his Restonic bedding. The pictures presented do not conclude a manufacturing defect. To have this issue come to a conclusion, Mr. [redacted] can choose one (1) of the following options: 1st Option: Replacement of Mr. [redacted]'s bedding with a mattress of comparable value in our current line-up. We no longer manufacture the style of bedding Mr. [redacted] currently has. It would be replaced with the Aragon Plush. Mr. [redacted] can pick up his replacement mattress at the factory. 2nd Option: Mr. [redacted] can deliver his mattress for us for repair. We will inspect and repair his mattress. Mr. [redacted] can contact us and inform us which option he wishes to pursue.

On July 22, [redacted], Mr. [redacted] contacted us concerning his bedding. We sent out a warranty packet claim form for...

him to complete and send back to us. We received his warranty packet on Aug. 12, [redacted]. He stated that his bedding was squeaking and had body impressions. From the pictures, Mr. [redacted] sent with warranty packet we concluded that the noise he was experiencing was from his frame set-up. The pictures relative to his body impressions were unclear. We could not service his bedding because there were no clear pictures of the measurements needed to verify a manufacturing defect. We asked him to provide additional pictures to continue with his claim.  We send two (2) letters stating those facts on August 19, [redacted].
 
               A letter from the Louisville branch of the Revdex.com dated October 20, [redacted] was received concerning Mr. [redacted]’s bedding. His complaint stated that he still has the body impressions and we wanted him to bring his mattress to us for repair. We only offer this service when the consumer doesn’t complete the warranty process or states the issue cannot be seen in pictures.
 
               Our warranty clearly states that “body impressions up to 1.5” are normal and not a structural defect”. It also states that if service is needed, Restonic has the option to replace or repair bedding because of such defects. Since no additional pictures have been received, our only option is to inspect and if needed repair his bedding at the manufacturing factory.
 
Mr. [redacted] can still send us additional pictures to verify a manufacturing defect, which would not require him bring his bedding to us for inspection. We continue offer these two options for Mr. [redacted] to choose from to complete his warranty claim with us.

His reason for me to spend hundreds of dollars to take this defective mattress to his factory is that my photographs were not conclusive for him in the past.  I decided to just take another couple shots, this time without the ruler measurement (which he falsely accused me of exaggerating). I think my striped sheets make it even more evident that every morning we get up to huge dents in this mattress, which should be replaced, and delivered to me directly.

We DID send Mr [redacted] more photos on Sept 25, which clearly show an indentation MUCH deeper than his required 1.5".  I cannot understand why he omits this fact, or why he says we did not.  The pictures seemed very clear in supporting the fact.  
I do not think he is being honest in his denial of the defect

The "photo old" is one of the first ones I sent, for which he accused me of pushing the ruler into the mattress.  But as you can see from later photos, there are areas on the mattress that are very  clearly sunken in beyond his tolerance measurement (1 1/2"?).
It is like sleeping in a hammock.

We received the pictures concerning Mr. [redacted] bedding. The pictures presented were not clear enough to verify a manufacturing defect. To comply with our warranty, our only option in to inspect and perform possible repair on Mr. [redacted]'s bedding. Mr. [redacted] is responsible for transportation to our factory as stated in our warranty. We look forward to hearing from Mr. [redacted] and servicing his bedding.
