We paid in full up front for the mattress, delivery and disposal of our old one We were told we would have our new mattress within four daysOn the fourth day we called the store because we had not heard from the sales man about a delivery timeAfter calling three times and getting a fax machine he finally answeredHe told us in order to save on HIS shopping cost he had to wait until he sold more mattresses and ours wouldn't be coming in for another 3-daysWhen we called on the day to make sure it was coming, he said he wasn't sure if it would be todayAfter making a fuss he offered a free mattress pad and pillow
