Hotel charged me twice for one stay and refuses to respond to inquiries about duplicate transactions Original transaction occurred at time of booking back in November for January stay dates Changed reservation to April stay date due to schedule conflict and hotel charged me again for changed date even though they already received payment at time of original booking Hotel showed me documentation where they allegedly refunded original charges; however, that was never applied to my credit card, which my card company confirmed Spoke with front desk manager who said they would address; however, to date no refund has been issued and hotel GM, *** ***, will not respond to emails nor return calls/messages
