Sleep Inn Tanglewood

Review: Set up a room block for a sports event in the area. Was NOT advised that any charges would be accrued for "no-shows." Team decided not to stay at this hotel due to the poor service received the previous year. Was still charged FULL price for 10 rooms, totaling over $1,000. Complaints to general manager, [redacted], were deferred to the owner, who would make a decision as to whether the charges would be refunded. [redacted] returned my call and said that since no paperwork could be found concerning the room block, the owner agreed to refund the charges. This occurred in March; I am still waiting for the charges to be credited on my credit card.Desired Settlement: All charges from this establishment to my credit card refunded.
