Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint by [redacted].  I have spoken today with MSgt. [redacted], Mississippi Air National Guard, 172 Force Support Squadron.  Master Sgt. [redacted] is the Administrator of the Lodging...

Agreement
between the Mississippi Air National Guard and our hotel - Sleep Inn & Suites, Pearl, MS.   I have reviewed Mr. [redacted] complaint with M Sgt. [redacted] this morning.  MSgt. [redacted] determines who qualifies for the contracted rate and must authorize any charges
billed to the MS Air National Guard.  MSgt. [redacted] indicated she would looking into the matter hopefully today, and will be making a determination as to what charges shoud be billed to the Ms Air National Guard and what charges should be billed to Mr. [redacted]. 
 
MSgt. [redacted] also indicated she will be contacting the hotel and Mr. [redacted] to help resolve the billing issue.  We certainly want all parties involved to be charged the correct amount.  We appreciate Mr. [redacted] being our hotel guest and hopefully we will have
a satisfactory resolution for all parties today or tomorrow.
