Response:As I explained in my complaint , we stayed because we were exhausted and did not want to drive home late at night ,but here are some photos of the new furniture you installed in your newly remolded rooms [redacted] is not in the business for customer care and service There in the business to take what they can get from the hardworking consumer and to put customers in rooms like these to make a buck The company should be ashamed of themselves
We regret we had this complaint from Ms *** *** on 11/17/at Sleep Inn Phoenix Airport for Room ***.Guest had walked in so reservation was last minuteWe were very busy that night and our hotel is newly renovated with brand new furniture and new beds, carpets etcThey checked in
after midnightThe room did not have a tvEverything else was new. Guest did not complain after getting into room but waited to complain in the morning after they stayed to check outOur front desk took off $off their bill at checkout after complaint was made.If guest was not happy they could have checked out immediately and the fact they stayed till next day they accepted their stay as is. If they complained as soon as they checked in we would have taken care of the situationWe have done everything we can and we will not be giving anymore compensation for their stay.Thank YouKetan D***Sleep Inn Phoenix Airport*** *** **Phoenix, Az 85034Tel: ###-###-####Fax: ###-###-####
