My Wife called this Hotel (Sleep/Quality INN of Mesa) and made a reservation on Monday 2/24/for a ONE NIGHT STAY
and somehow was linked to a TWO NIGHT STAY group rate for our soccer tounament, and charged $TWICE On the day of checkout (Sunday) my Wife brought the overcharge to ***'s (Family Owner/Partner) attention and he said an audit would be conducted and the over charge would be credited within hoursNo such "credit" was issuedI have called *** and *** about times for a refundOn March 26, 2014, (days after their stay) by phone *** said she "would handle it today." days later, still no credit, I called back and spoke to *** (Owner of Franchise) who said "credit to our card should happen soon." *** said that meant business daysStill no "credit" to our account on 3rd business dayI called back today (3rd business day) and *** OR *** were not availableLeft ANOTHER message for *** to call me ThursdayHoping she calls to resolve this issuePLEASE help us!!
