Ms. [redacted] had 2 prior pre paid reservation both of which were no cancel when reservations were made by her through Choice Reservations, and both reservations were refunded back to her as you can see by the foilo's, and you will also see the prepayment and the no cancel on the registration card. We...

have refunded all that was owed.
