This customer already has a store credit of $ He came into the dealership to redeem his credit and we did in fact offer him oil, oil change, merchandise ..(hats, key chains, etc.) of which was all refused This customer was very belligerent to our employees and managers Not sure what we need to do to make him a Happy Camper

None of the things they say they offered me was offered to me, ieno hats, oil, antifreeze, cash, nothing w, keychains They did offer me an oil change on my Audi I had driven in but I told them I had a $oil change on that and I wasn't going to let them mess that up

They charged me for a hotel room after I attempted to cancel the reservation
I had booked a room at the hotel, and then got sickSubsequently, I was unable to go, and called the hotel directly to cancel the reservationThey never put the cancellation in their system, and seemingly have no record of my cancellation requestThey have since charged me the $for the room that I never stayed in

The Hotel is booking rooms through a website when the customer is right there checking in
I have a charge on our credit card statement for a charge from ***.com but we did not book it through the siteI also have the receipt from the hotel showing the *** card that was used to pay the site which is also not our credit card number or card we usedThe charge on the statement was for $and the receipt from the hotel was for When I called and spoke to the manager he argued and said we booked it through the site and we should have never received the receipt from the hotel

The bill was for additional work outside of the written contract, we will send proof of this additional work to Revdex.com
