I spoke with [redacted] from the business and she stated that the consumer had an over night study and day study done. They billed the consumers insurance and the insurance made the consumer liable for $631.10 for the over night study and liable for $419.76 for the day study.

Review: I recieved two letters that said I owe this business about $1000. When I contacted their billing department and got to speak to a human, I was told that their computers were down and I could not get an answer to what the $1000 bill was for. The last time I talked to a person in their billing department, I was told that an email had been sent to my Yahoo account what an explaination of my status. Whatever that means. I could not find the email. So I enmailed them once and called them 2 times this week. I have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: I want to speak to a person in person and get an explaination of what I owe money to this bsuness for. Asking the billing department myself is getting me nowhere.
