I purchased the snore stopper which had a money back guarantee. The product did not work for me so I emailed the above listed business several times requesting a full refund as the promised. Each time they respond with a discount if I will keep the product or ask if I need technical assistance. I reply I don't need either and I wish to start the return process. After that I sent that email they never respond again. I also have tried to call several times but no one ever answers on the complaint line. After a long hold time the line hangs up after an automated survey.I have trying to return this product for two weeks with no success.

We regret any confusion. It does appear we have been experiencing some technical difficulties. When our product is not working for a customer, regardless of the reason, our customer service team is trained to immediately offer a refund or replacement. We regret that our team was unable to quickly and directly address Mr. concerns to his complete satisfaction. The charge of *** which represents all payments made by Mr., is being refunded to the card ending *** The account is closed, no additional activity will take place, and Mr. may keep any product he has received.
