untrue.1. Customer failed to notice on our website that all our sheets are made with 17 inch deep pockets made for luxury deep mattresses. As attached, customer states that her mattress is 12 inches deep. It is quite obvious that the sheet will be to big for her mattress.2.  As attached, customer states that her sheets are 60 x 80. This is the size marked on our queen sets. Therefore, it is impossible that we shipped the customer as king sheet set

Customer failed to notice on our product page that the pockets are 17 inches deep. We cannot refund the item unless it is actually defective. The customer simply has a shorter mattress and should have paid closer attention to our product description, which is clearly stated on each of our sheet set product pages. I've attached the email that the customer sent us stating the size of her mattress. Thank you.
